Terms of use

The rules for using this website, and how they relate to a project with us.

Last updated 6 October 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Desvert website. A signed proposal or statement of work governs any engagement, and it takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Using the site

You may browse the site and send an inquiry. You may not copy our case studies, imagery or copy for use without written permission, or attempt to interfere with how the site runs.

Our work and your content

Case studies and portfolio material remain our property, and we show them only after the client has agreed. Material you send us remains yours, and you grant us the right to use it to prepare your proposal.

No warranty on the site

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we give no guarantee that it is error free or uninterrupted. Information here does not constitute a quote or a binding offer.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
